Sustineri SpA
Privacy policy and personal data protection
Website: www.sustineri.cl · Version 1.0 · Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Purpose
Sustineri SpA recognizes the importance of the privacy and protection of personal data of those who visit its website.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform, clearly and transparently, about the personal data that may be processed through www.sustineri.cl, the purposes for which they are used, the measures adopted for their protection, and the rights of data subjects.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Chilean law, especially Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and its amendments, including Law No. 21.719, which regulates the protection and processing of personal data and creates the Personal Data Protection Agency, according to its respective entry into force.
2. Data controller
The controller of personal data obtained through this website is Sustineri SpA, Santiago, Chile. Website: www.sustineri.cl. Email for queries and exercise of rights: contacto@sustineri.cl. Phone: +56 9 78327984.
Sustineri SpA determines the purposes and means of personal-data processing carried out through its website.
3. Personal data we may process
3.1. Contact form
When a person voluntarily uses the contact form on www.sustineri.cl, Sustineri may receive the data that person provides. In the current version of the form, those data are:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- company or organization;
- project type; and
- the content of the message, inquiry, or request.
The consent given in the form checkbox is also recorded. Sustineri requests only the information needed to receive, review, and reply to the communication. The current form does not request a job title.
3.2. Browsing information and Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-1DDBLHDHX1), a web-analytics service provided by Google, to obtain general statistics on how the site works and is used. The measurement script is not loaded until the user accepts analytics cookies.
Depending on the service configuration and the consent given, Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited; session duration and characteristics; events and interactions; browser type; device type; operating system; approximate geographic location; and pseudonymous identifiers associated with analytics cookies.
Google Analytics uses, among others, cookies such as _ga and those tied to the measurement ID, to distinguish users and sessions. Sustineri does not use Google Analytics to directly identify visitors and does not authorize sending Google Analytics names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other data that would directly identify a person.
3.3. Web fonts
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. In doing so, Google may receive the visitor's IP address and technical browser data. This is a technical process to display the site, not advertising profiling by Sustineri.
3.4. Hosting and security
The hosting provider may log IP address, date, time, and requested resource to operate, maintain, and protect the service.
4. Purposes of processing
Personal data received through the site will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
a) Contact form
- receive the inquiry or request;
- identify the person making contact;
- reply to the communication;
- provide information about Sustineri's services when requested;
- coordinate a possible later meeting or communication related to the request;
- prepare materials or proposals requested by the interested person; and
- keep only the traceability strictly necessary for those communications.
Data sent through the form will not be used to send advertising, mass campaigns, newsletters, or unsolicited commercial communications, unless in the future there is a separate, specific, and voluntary consent for that purpose.
b) Google Analytics
Information obtained through Google Analytics will be used exclusively to understand in aggregate how the site is used; identify the most consulted pages or content; measure traffic and performance; detect navigation issues; improve architecture, content, and user experience; and produce internal statistics on site use.
Sustineri will not use this information to build individual commercial profiles or to take automated decisions producing legal effects on users. The site's technical SEO (titles, descriptions, sitemap) does not require measurement cookies.
5. Legal basis
Processing of information provided voluntarily through the contact form is based mainly on the data subject's consent and, where applicable, on the need to take pre-contractual steps requested by that person, such as answering an information request or preparing a service proposal.
Analytics cookies and equivalent Google Analytics technologies will be used on the basis of the user's consent. Consent may later be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. How the contact form works
The contact form on www.sustineri.cl does not create a user database or permanently store submitted data in a database of the website itself. The information entered is transmitted to Sustineri so the inquiry can be received and answered.
This does not necessarily mean the information disappears immediately after sending. The communication may remain temporarily stored in email systems or other tools used by Sustineri while needed to handle and reply to the request. Access will be limited to people at Sustineri who need to know it to handle the inquiry or related duties.
7. Data retention
Information obtained through the contact form will be kept only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and reasonably follow up on it.
As a general rule, contact communications that do not give rise to a contractual, commercial, or professional relationship will be deleted when they are no longer needed and, at the latest, within 12 months of the last interaction, unless a legal or contractual duty or a legitimate need related to the exercise or defense of rights requires longer retention.
If the contact gives rise to a contractual or pre-contractual relationship with Sustineri, the corresponding information may be kept for the periods needed for that relationship and to meet legal obligations. For Google Analytics, Sustineri will seek limited retention settings proportionate to the site's statistical purpose.
8. Cookies and Google Analytics
Cookies are small files or identifiers that may be stored on the user's device to enable certain functions or analyze the use of a website.
Strictly necessary cookies: those indispensable for technical operation, security, or correct display of the site, and to remember the measurement choice (browser local storage). When strictly necessary, they may operate without an authorization aimed at analytics or advertising purposes.
Analytics cookies: associated with Google Analytics 4 (G-1DDBLHDHX1) and used to obtain statistics on site use. They are not activated until the user gives consent. Sustineri does not use its own advertising cookies.
You may accept or reject analytics cookies here. Rejecting them will not prevent browsing www.sustineri.cl or using the contact form.
9. Disclosure of data to third parties
Sustineri does not sell, lease, or commercialize personal data obtained through this website. Data may be processed or accessed by third parties only when technically necessary for the operation of the site or of services used by Sustineri, such as web hosting, email, technology support providers, and Google (Google Analytics and Google Fonts).
These third parties must process the information according to the applicable contractual conditions and legal obligations. Information may also be disclosed when there is a legal duty or a valid request from a competent authority.
10. International transfers
Because of the use of technology services provided by companies that operate internationally, particularly Google Analytics and Google Fonts, certain technical data or identifiers may be processed or transferred internationally. Where applicable, Sustineri will adopt the contractual, technical, and organizational measures needed so those transfers take place in accordance with applicable Chilean law and under adequate personal-data protection safeguards.
11. Sensitive data
Sustineri's general contact form is not designed to collect sensitive personal data. We therefore ask you not to include unnecessarily in the message field information relating, among other matters, to ethnic or racial origin; political, trade-union, or professional affiliation; health status; biometric information; religious beliefs; sexual orientation; gender identity; or other information relating to a person's private life or intimacy.
When the nature of Sustineri's professional services legitimately requires processing sensitive information, that processing will be carried out through the procedures, legal bases, security measures, and channels specifically defined for that activity, and not through the site's general public form.
12. Data-subject rights
People whose data are processed by Sustineri may exercise the rights recognized by applicable Chilean law. Depending on the legal regime in force, these rights include: requesting information about the processing; accessing the data; requesting rectification of incorrect, outdated, or incomplete data; requesting erasure or deletion where applicable; objecting to certain processing; requesting blocking of processing in the cases established by law; requesting portability where legally available; and withdrawing previously given consent.
To exercise these rights, the data subject may write to contacto@sustineri.cl. The request must allow identification of the requester and sufficiently indicate the right they wish to exercise and the data or processing it concerns. Sustineri will reply within the time limits set by applicable law.
Once the regime established by Law No. 21.719 enters into force, data subjects may also use the complaint mechanisms available before the Personal Data Protection Agency.
13. Information security
Sustineri will adopt reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, improper disclosure, leaks, and any other unauthorized processing. These measures may include, as applicable, access control, security headers, encrypted communications (HTTPS), and restricted access to the tools used to receive forms and administer Google Analytics. Nonetheless, no system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security.
14. Minors
Sustineri's website is aimed mainly at adults, companies, institutions, organizations, and professionals. Sustineri does not seek to deliberately collect personal data of children or adolescents through the general contact form.
15. External links
The site may contain links to pages or services administered by third parties (for example, LinkedIn). Sustineri does not control those third parties' privacy policies or data-processing practices. Users should review the corresponding policies before providing personal information through those sites.
16. Changes to this policy
Sustineri may update this Privacy Policy when necessary due to legal or regulatory changes, changes in instructions from the competent authority, incorporation or modification of technology tools, changes in how the site works, or changes in personal-data processing operations.
The current version will remain permanently available at www.sustineri.cl, indicating its date and version number. When a change implies a substantial modification of the purposes or conditions under which personal data are processed on the basis of consent, the measures needed to inform data subjects and obtain new consent will be taken when legally required.
17. Contact
For queries related to this Privacy Policy or to personal-data processing carried out through www.sustineri.cl, you may contact Sustineri SpA at contacto@sustineri.cl.
